1½ cups flour
1 cup yellow cornmeal
¼ cup vegetable oil
1 egg
¼ cup sugar
1 (15 oz) can creamed style corn
3 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon maple powder

Mix all ingredients together, well. Pour into prepared baking dish or muffin tins.
Bake in a pre-heated 400° oven for 20 minutes for muffins, 25-30 minutes for cornbread
