    Some may question my putting Pop-Overs in the Breakfast category (thinking they are breads!), but we always had Pop-Overs for breakfast...with sweet cream butter and homemade jam...

    List of Ingredients




    3 eggs
    1½ cups flour
    1½ cups milk
    ½ teaspoon salt
    1 Tablespoon melted butter

    Recipe



    Spray pans with non-stick vegetable oil. Beat eggs, slightly. Add remaining ingredients. Beat just until smooth. Do not over beat. Full cups 3/4 full. Bake for 15 minutes at 450°. Reduce oven temperature to 325° and bake for another 30 minutes.
