3 eggs, lightly beaten
1½ cups corn syrup
½ cup sugar
4 Tablespoons butter, melted
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1½ cups chopped salted roasted peanuts
1 (9 inch) deep-dish pie shell
Recipe
Combine the eggs, corn syrup, sugar, butter, and vanilla extract in a bowl, stirring to combine thoroughly. Stir in the peanuts and pour into the pie shell. Bake in a preheated 375° oven until the filling is set, 50 to 55 minutes. Allow to cool to room temperature before serving.
