    STRAWBERRY ANGEL FOOD CAKE

    List of Ingredients




    1 (16-ounce) angel food cake
    1 (8-ounce) package reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/4 cup evaporated skimmed milk
    2 pints strawberries, hulled and sliced

    Recipe




    With a serrated knife, slice the angel food cake horizontally into three equal layers. In a mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar and evaporated milk until creamy. Top the bottom cake layer with the filling and strawberries. Repeat the layers. Frost the top with the remaining filling. Refrigerate until serving.

    Makes 10 to 12 Slices
