    List of Ingredients

    1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
    2 oz. sugar
    Juice of one orange
    Zest of one orange
    Zest of one lemon

    Recipe

    Allow butter to soften. Blanch zest of orange and lemon, then chop finely. Mix all ingredients with a wire whisk until well-combined. Serve with warm croissants or dinner rolls.
