    CHOCOLATE MINT BROWNIES

    Layer #1:
    1 cup sugar
    1/2 cup (1-stick) butter,softened
    4 eggs
    1 (16-ounce) can chocolate syrup
    1 cup flour
    1/2 teaspoon flour
    1/4 teaspoon salt

    Mix all ingredients and pour batter into a greased 9x13x2 baking pan. Bake at 350° for 25 min. Set aside to cool.

    Layer #2:
    1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
    1 teaspoon peppermint extract
    2 cups powdered sugar
    Green food coloring, opt.

    Mix all ingredients and spread on cooled brownies.

    Layer #3.

    1/2 cup (1 stick ) butter
    1 (6-ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips

    Melt together, stir both ingredients and pour over second layer.

    Yields: 36 Brownies
