    PINEAPPLE BREAD PUDDING

    ½ cup sugar
    ½ cup butter
    4 large eggs
    1 can (20 oz.) unsweetened, undrained crushed pineapple
    7 slices of bread (cubed)

    Recipe



    Cream sugar and butter, add eggs, one at a time. Stir in 7 slices of cubed bread (by hand), until all are covered with mixture.

    Grease 8 x 8 square pan with butter or Pan spray. Pour in mixture (may look curdled but don't worry, it's fine!).

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or golden brown.

    Any left overs should be kept in the refrigerator and can be reheated in the microwave.

    Serve plain or with whipped cream or ice cream.
