    2 cups (470 ml) Nonfat dry milk powder
    1 cup (250 ml) Granulated sugar replacement
    2 cups (470 ml) Cornstarch

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender. Whip until well blended and powdered. Transfer to airtight container.

    Recipe Yield: 4 cups powdered sugar replacement. For use in making desserts, which call for Confectioner's (10X) Sugar.

    Diabetic exchange: 1 bread OR 1/2 nonfat milk & 1/2 bread. Calories for 1/4 c = 81
