    List of Ingredients




    2 cups graham cracker crumbs (approximately 24 crackers)
    ½ cup chopped walnuts
    3 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
    6 packets artificial sweetener
    ¼ teaspoon salt
    1 cup skim milk

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 350°. Place all ingredients in a bowl and blend well. Bake in greased 8x8 pan for 30 minutes. Cut into 2-inch squares while still warm.

    Note: for our friends from "across the pond" who don't have a product called Graham crackers, I have posted a recipe for Graham crackers in the MISC. "extras", thread. Also, although the flavor is slightly different, it is acceptable to use Digestive Biscuits in replace of the Graham crackers.
