    1 3/4 Cups Flour
    1/2 teaspoon Salt
    1 teaspoon Cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
    1/2 teaspoon Cloves
    1 Tablespoon Powdered Sugar Substitute
    1/2 Cup Butter
    1 teaspoon Baking Soda
    1 egg
    1 Cup Applesauce
    1 Cup All Bran

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients together and drop by Tablespoonful onto cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
