1½ teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt (optional)
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon allspice
1½ cups raisins
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
½ cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ chopped nuts
1 cup quick-cooking oatsRecipe
Mix dry ingredients well, then add remaining ingredients, stirring just enough to moisten. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375° for 12 minutes.
