List of Ingredients




1¾ cups whole wheat flour
1¼ cups oatmeal
1 Tablespoon + 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 cup warm water
¼ cup peanut butter


Recipe



Mix dry ingredients together. Mix wet ingredients together. Mix both mixtures together until dough is formed. Dough will be firm. Shape dough into a long roll and wrap in plastic wrap, as if for “refrigerator cookies.” Chill 1 hour. Slice roll into ¼ inch thick slices and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool before serving.
