List of Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat flour
½ cup cornmeal
1/3 cup chopped fresh mint (or 1 Tablespoon dried mint)
½ cup chopped parsley
6 Tablespoons safflower oil
¾ cup water
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350°
Combine flour, cornmeal, mint and parsley in a large bowl. Add oil and water and mix thoroughly.
Roll out to ¼ inch thickness, on a floured surface, and cut with cookie cutters.
Bake for 40 minutes, or until lightly browned. Turn off the heat in the oven, and let the biscuits dry out (remaining in the oven) for several hours. Store in an airtight container
