Pie shell
8 slices bacon, cooked crisp
6 oz. grated Swiss cheese
1½ cups evaporated milk
3 eggs
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
¼ teaspoon dry mustard
dash of cayenne
Recipe
Sprinkle half of the bacon in the bottom of the pie shell. Sprinkle cheese on top of that. Mix other ingredients (except remaining bacon), together, and pour over the bacon and cheese. Sprinkle with remaining bacon, and bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
