This recipe calls for buttermilk powder, which is found in the baking goods aisle in your local grocery store.
List of Ingredients
1 cup Gluten-Free flour mix (see recipe on this site)
¼ cup buttermilk powder
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon Gluten-Free baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk (or water)
2 Tablespoon vegetable oil
Recipe
Sift the dry ingredients together into a mixing bowl.
Beat the eggs with the milk and oil, and add to dry ingredients.
Beat until batter is smooth, but do not over beat.
Drop from mixing spoon onto a hot greased griddle and cook until top is full of tiny bubbles and the underside is brown.
Turn and brown the other side.
Makes ten 4" pancakes
