    GLUTEN-FREE POT DE CREME

    1 pkg Ghirardelli semi-sweet chocolate chips
    Add & process:
    1 egg
    3 tbsp Sugar
    1 tsp (scant) Instant Coffee
    1 Pinch Salt
    Add while running:
    3/4 cup very hot milk

    Recipe

    Blend for 2 to 3 minujtes to consistency of
    whipped cream. Pour in cups and chill, demitasse cups are
    recommended because it is quite rich. Serve with powdered
    sugar and whipped cream.
