    MAPLE ICE CREAM

    List of Ingredients

    1 cup maple syrup
    2 egg yolks
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 cup milk
    1 pint cream

    Recipe

    Boil maple syrup 5 minutes. Add beaten yolks and milk, stirring with wire whisk. Cool and then stir into stiffly beaten cream. Add vanilla and freeze in your ice cream making, according to manufacturer's directions.
