MARINADE:
2 TEASPOONS FRESH GARLIC, CHOPPED
6 TABLESPOONS LEMON JUICE
1 CUP BASIL LEAVES, CHOPPED
½ TEASPOON BLACK PEPPER

TRIM CHOPS OF VISIBLE FAT. PIERCE WITH FORK AND ARRANGE IN A SHALLOW PAN.
BLEND ALL MARINADE INGREDIENTS. POUR MARINADE OVER CHOPS SO THEY ARE ENTIRELY COVERED BY MARINADE.
MARINATE, COVERED, IN THE REFRIGERATOR OVERNIGHT. DISCARD MARINADE. GRILL CHOPS TO DESIRED DONENESS.
