GINGERBREAD MUFFINS

List of Ingredients
2 cups Granny Bunt Mix or other baking mix (like Bisquik)
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup molasses
Recipe
combine dry ingredients well, in a large mixing bowl, stir in egg, oil, milk and molasses, until all dry ingredients are absorbed. Fill paper lined muffin tins half full. Sprinkle with a little extra cinnamon & sugar. Bake at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes. Makes 1 dozen muffins.
