1 pkg. imported fettuccine noodles
1 stick unsalted butter
1 cup cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 to 2 cups cubed ham
1 cup sliced mushrooms
Salt and pepper to tasteRecipe
Cook needles/ drain. Melt butter in heavy skillet or chafing dish; add cream. Add fettuccine, cheese, ham and mushrooms; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss gently until noodles are well coated with cheese. Yield: 6 servings
