Pasta (Fluffy suggests taglietelle)
A selection of vegetables, sliced and ready to cook
thinly sliced pieces of ham
a pot of Crème Fraiche.
Olive oil and seasoning to taste

Recipe



1) Stir fry the vegetables in the olive oil

2) Cook the pasta and drain it.

3) combine the pasta and vegetables in the wok

4) add the ham and the crème fraiche.

5) Heat through thoroughly.


Serve with chunks of garlic bread.


Note from Fluffy: use a wok for this...it makes life so much easier
