¼ cup chopped onion
2 Tablespoons chopped green pepper
2 Tablespoons margarine
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
½ cup milk
1½ cup cooked, cubed chicken or turkey
2 Tablespoons diced pimiento
Dash of red pepper
Recipe
Cook onion and green pepper in margarine until tender. Add soup and milk. Add chicken and remaining ingredients. Heat & serve on toast or over cooked rice. Serves 4
