    2 (10½ oz) cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 (3 oz) can chow mien noodles
    1 can or bag of cashews
    2 cups cooked, diced chicken
    ½ cup water
    1¼ cup chopped celery
    ¼ cup chopped onion
    Dash of pepper

    Recipe



    Combine water and soup, and blend well. Reserve ½ of the noodles for the top of the casserole. Add the rest of the noodles to the soup mixture, along with the celery, cashews, onion and chicken. Toss lightly. Put the remaining noodles on top. Bake 20-25 minutes in 375° oven.

    Notes: When cutting celery, if you cut on a slight diagonal, you will avoid having it "string".
