1 quart lime sherbet
2 (6 oz) cans frozen lemon juice concentrate
2 (6 oz) cans frozen lime juice concentrate
6 juice cans full of water
4 quarts ginger ale
green food coloring (optional)
Recipe
Soften sherbet in fruit juices and water. Add ginger ale just before serving. Pour over large block of ice in punch bowl. Punch will bubble. Dry ice, substituted for the block of ice, will give a "smoking" effect. Brighter green color may be obtained by adding food coloring.
