Crust:
1 cup sifted flour
½ cup butter
5 Tablespoons confectioner's sugar
Topping:
2 eggs, beaten
1½ cups sugar
¼ cup flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups finely chopped rhubarbRecipe
Preheat oven to 350°.
Blend together the ingredients for the crust. Press mixture into greased 9x9 pan. Bake in 350° oven for 15 minutes.
Mix together the topping ingredients. Spoon onto baked crust at 350° for 35 minutes.
