1 lb. extra lean ground beef
1/2 cup Barbecue sauce
2 small tomatoes, chopped
1/3 cup chopped Kosher dill pickles
8 cups shredded iceburg lettuce
4 slices cheese, cut diagonally in half
Recipe
Brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain. Add barbecue sauce, tomatoes, and pickles; mix well. Cook 2 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
Place 2 cups of the lettuce on 4 salad plates; top evenly with the meat mixture and cheese slices. Serve warm. Makes 4 servings.
