    List of Ingredients




    4 cups mixed baby greens
    Lemon Tarragon Vinaigrette (recipe follows)
    2 oz crumbled blue cheese
    1/3 cup fresh blueberries
    3 Tablespoons chopped roasted almonds

    Recipe



    Toss baby greens with Lemon Tarragon Vinaigrette; place on serving plates. Sprinkle with blue cheese, blueberries, and almonds.
    Makes 2 servings.


    Lemon Tarragon Vinaigrette

    2 Tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
    1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
    2 teaspoons minced fresh tarragon
    2 teaspoons minced green onion
    1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard

    Whisk together all ingredients. Makes about 1/4 cup.
