CAMPBELL'S SZECHUAN BURGERS

List of Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's Cream of Mushroom or 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
6 round sandwich rolls, split
Recipe
Shape beef into patties, 1/2 inch thick.
Cook patties in skillet until browned. Pour off fat. Add soup, water, peanut butter, soy sauce, garlic, and red pepper. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until patties are done. Serve on rolls. Serves 6.
