1 tube refrigerator-style large biscuits
An equal amount of sliced deli ham
An equal amount of cheese slices
A little mustard (optional)

Roll-out or stretch each biscuit to about a 6 to 7 –inch round. On one half, layer ham and cheese; spread with mustard if desired. Fold over the rest of the biscuit and “crimp shut” the edge with the tines of a fork to form a “hot-pocket.” Place on cookie sheet and bake in an oven set to package instructions—allow a little extra baking time for the filling.
