6 (9 1/2 oz.) cans tuna, packed in water
1 (16 oz.) jar super sweet pickle relish
6 ribs celery, finely chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded (do not grate)
Enough mayonnaise to make mix to desired consistency

Notes: This is a recipe that makes a tuna spread for "finger" sandwiches, to be served at a party. The amounts can be "pared down" to serve at home.
