    ½ cup soft butter
    1½ cup sifted confectioners' sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract OR 2 tablespoons rum or brandy

    Recipe



    Cream butter with confectioners' sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in vanilla extract or rum or brandy. Serve a dollop over warm steamed type of puddings.
