1 large chicken breast, boneless & skinless
bunch of celery
2 leeks
4 cloves of garlic
8 carrots
2 tablespoons of bullion paste or 4 bullion cubes
large stock pot
Recipe
Boil chicken breast until tender, in 1/2 pot of water. Chop veggies and mince garlic. Remove breast and pull it apart in bite size pieces. Put it back in pot with stock, add all veggies and bullion cubes or paste. Boil until veggies are tender, but crisp. If too thick, just add a little water. You can also add your favorite herbs
