2 cups cooked chopped Chicken
2 cans (13 3/4 oz.) chicken broth
1 can (10 oz.) Milder RO*TEL tomatoes
2 bags (1 lb. each) frozen mixed vegetables
2 cups water
tortilla chips
shredded cheddar cheese Recipe
mix all ingredients except tortilla chips and cheese. Heat to boiling; reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Ladle into bowls, sprinkle with cheddar cheese, and crumble tortilla chips on top.
