    List of Ingredients




    1 package of kielbasa, sliced thin
    4 medium sized potatoes, peeled and cubed
    1 large onion, sliced
    2 teaspoons minced garlic
    4 Tablespoons butter
    2 teaspoons Tone's Chicken soup base
    1 teaspoon oregano
    1 teaspoon basil
    4 cups heated milk

    Parmesan Cheese (optional)
    Croutons (optional)

    Recipe



    Slice onions. Sauté in butter with garlic. Place in bottom of crock pot.

    Peel and cube potatoes. Put on top of onions, in crock pot.

    Slice Kielbasa, place on top of potatoes, in crock pot.

    Heat milk in microwave until very warm. Add Tone's Chicken soup base, oregano and basil. Stir until chicken soup base is dissolved (it's almost in "paste" form). Pour milk over onions, potatoes and kielbasa, in crock pot.

    Turn crock pot to HIGH and cook for 3-4 hours, or until potatoes are tender.
