    1/4 CUP BUTTER
    1/4 CUP FLOUR
    3 CUPS MILK
    8 OZ CHEDDAR CHEESE
    1/2 CUP BEER
    SALT & PEPPER


    Recipe



    COOK THE ONIONS IN BUTTER UNTIL GOLDEN, BUT NOT BROWN.


    STIR IN FLOUR AND CONTINUE STIRRING WHILE YOU SLOWLY POUR IN THE MILK.


    ADD THE CHEESE AND STIR UNTIL MELTED AND THE SOUP IS THICK.


    ADD THE BEER AND SEASONINGS.
