POLISH SAUSAGE STEW

1 can cream of celery soup
¼ cup brown sugar
27 oz. can sauerkraut, drained
1½ lbs. polish sausage, cut in 2 inch pieces
4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 cup chopped onion
4 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheeseRecipe
Cook sausage, potatoes and onion, until onion is translucent and the potatoes are tender. Mix soup, sugar & sauerkraut, and stir until well blended. Combine with the sausage mixture, and cook until everything is heated through. Top with cheese and serve.
