DILLED BABY CARROTS

1½ lb fresh baby carrots
1 Tablespoon butter
2 Tablespoons fresh dill, minced
1 teaspoon honey
grated zest & juice of 1 orange
salt, pepper to taste
Recipe
Steam carrots to your preferred tenderness (some like them soft, some still a little crunchy). Drain well.
Heat butter over medium high heat. Add everything except the dill and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Toss with dill & serve
