1 box frozen chopped spinach
5 oz. cream cheese
3 oz. pepper jack cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can french fried onion rings
Crushed white cheddar Cheez-its
1 stick of butter
Recipe
Prepare spinach per package direcions. Drain and squeeze all the moisture that you can, out of it.
Heat cream cheese and pepper jack with the soup, until the cheeses melt. Add Spinach and french fried onion rings. Mix and pour into a greased 9 x 9 casserole. Melt the butter and crush enough crackers to soak up the butter. Sprinkle crumbs on top. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350°
