List of Ingredients
1 loaf of refrigerated French bread dough
3 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 small zucchini, thinly sliced
1 8-ounce block mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
1 Tablespoon fresh basil leaves, snipped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 garlic clove, minced
Recipe
Cook the bread loaf according to package instructions.
(or you can substitute for a french baguette loaf).
Once cooled completely, slice into 1/4-inch thick
slices and place on a baking sheet. Preheat oven to
425�. Combine mayonnaise, basil and garlic.
Spread 1 tablespoon mayonnaise mixture over each
bread slice. Top each bread slice with zucchini,
tomato and cheese slices. Bake 10-12 minutes or
unitl cheese is melted and golden. Serve warm.
Yield: Approx 24 servings
