4 Cups White Flour
2/3 Cup Nonfat Dry Milk Powder
1 Teaspoon Salt Substitute
3 Tablespoons Baking Powder, No Sodium
1/2 Cup Canola Oil

Yield is about 5 cups of mix.
Mix four, milk, salt substitute and baking powder together in an electric mixer or food processor. Mix well then blend in oil. Store in refrigerator. Keeps for a couple months.
