    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef or turkey
    • 1 pkg (1.25 oz) taco seasoning mix
    • 2 cans (8 oz each) tomato sauce
    • 1 can (11 oz) mexican-style corn or whole kernel corn, drained
    • 1 cp shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1 cp broken tortilla chips (bite size pieces)


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 400F. Brown meat in a large skillet over med-high heat; drain.

    2. Stir in taco seasoning, tomato sauce, and corn. Simmer 5 minutes.
    3. Spoon mixture into a 2 qt baking dish. Top with cheese and tortilla chips. Bake until cheese is melted, about 5-10 minutes.

    Serving Suggestion: garnish with choice of toppings, such as chopped tomatoes, sliced green onions and sour cream.
