Savory Steak & Spinach Salad

List of Ingredients
- 1 cp prepared italian salad dressing ,divided
- 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 beef sirlion steak, 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick (1 lb)
- 8 cps torn spinach
- 1 cp sliced mushrooms
- 1 lg tomato cut into wedges
- 1/2 cp. red onion rings
Instructions
- Mix dressing and worcestershire sauce. Pour 1/2 cp of the dressing mixture over steak; cover. Refrigerate at least 15 minutes to marinate. Drain; discard marinade.
- Place steak on greased grill over medium coals. Grill 5 to 6 minutes on each side or to desired doneness (med. 160F) Cut steak across grain into thin slices.
- Toss spinach, mushrooms, tomato and onion with remaining 1/2 cp dressing. Arrange steak slices over salad. Makes 4 servings.
