    Muddy Buddies - part 2

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/4 cup margarine or butter
    • 1 tsp vanilla
    • 1 1/2 cps powdered sugar
    • 9 cups chex cereal any variety
    • 6 ozs (1 cup) semi sweet chocolate chips
    • 1/2 cp peanut butter


    Instructions


    1. Measure cereal into large bowl; set aside
    2. Microwave chocolate chips, peanut butter and margarine in 1 qt microwaveable bowl for minute; stir. Microwave 30 seconds longer or until mixture is smooth.
    3. Stir in vanilla. Pour chocolate mixture over ceral stiring until evenly coated.
    4. Pour into large plastic ziploc bag with powdered sugar. Seal bag; shake until well coated. Spread onto baking sheet to cool.
    5. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
    6. 9 cups snack.
