    This is the one thing she had cooking in the slowcooker when she passed . We all started smelling something like at 1-2 am and I went in tht kitchen and found this .. Best Tasten roast I had tasted ...

    List of Ingredients




    1 3-4 lb Roast
    1/3 c I would recomend at least one Cup
    Of Worcesteshire sauce
    1/3 c of brown sugar

    Recipe



    Cover and cook on High for like 4 hrs . then reduce to low and continue cooking for the rest of the day ..

    Can cook on low for 8 hrs and will work fine
