    1 lb ground beef
    1/2 cup chopped onions
    1 envelope seasoning mix
    1 small can green chilies (drained)
    2 tomatoes sliced (optional)
    1 cup monterey jack cheese
    1 1/4 cup milk
    3/4 cup bisquick mix
    3 eggs

    Recipe



    Directions:
    Heat oven to 400o grease casserole dish.
    Cook and stir beef and onions until brown, drain grease. Stir in seasoning mix, spread in plate, top with chilies, and one or more of the following optional toppings; Olives, mushrooms & corn.
    Beat milk, baking mix and eggs until smooth, 15 sec. in blender on high or one minute with hand beater. Pour into casserole dish and bake 25 minutes. Top with Tomatoes and cheese. Bake until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean, 5-10 minutes.

    Top With:
    Sour Cream, tomatoes, lettuce and cheese if desired. Can also be served nacho cheese and corn chips.
