    These are
    very good and tender.

    List of Ingredients




    5 lbs. gizzards
    1 lb. REAL butter
    Seasoned flour
    Seasoned salt

    Recipe



    Coat the gizzards well in flour. Place in large roaster or pan in
    single layer(if possible). Shake seasoned salt generously over top.
    Put 1 lb. Real butter (in patties) over top of gizzards
    Bake
    uncovered at 350 decrees for 3 1/2 hours. Stir every hour.
