SCRAMBLED EGG BURRITOS

List of Ingredients
1 cup egg substitute (egg beaters)
1/4 cup shredded reduced fat cheese (such as Sargento light shredded cheese)
2 (10inch) fat-free flour tortillas, warmed
1/4 cup salsa
Recipe
In medium non-stick skillet sprayed with cooking spray, over medium heat, cook egg product, stirring occasionally until set. Divide egg mixture evenly between tortillas; top with cheese and salsa. Fold up tortillas over filling like an envelope. Stir immediately.
Notes:
Personally I always do a variation of the egg burritos because i'm not all that fond of salsa in the morning...I use 1/2 cup egg beaters, a regular slice of American cheese (2 pts) and 2 small tortillas that are a point a piece. So I make two burritos so it makes it look to me like I'm getting more food....I love quantity. So I get two burritos for 5 points.
