List of Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef
1 onion chopped
1 cup celery chopped
1 cup cooked rice
1 can ff cream of mushroom soup
1 can ff cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon soy sauce
2 cups baked chips, crushed or 2 cups chow mein noodles
Recipe
Cook beef, onion and celery, drain fat.
Mix in large bowl beef mixture, rice, mushroom soup, chicken soup, water and soy sauce.
Pour into baking dish
Top with chow mein noodles or crushed chips
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
