    8 oz 95% lean/5% fat raw ground beef
    2 1/2 cup reduced fat bottled spaghetti sauce
    1 1/2 cup fat-free ricotta cheese
    1/4 cup Egg Beaters Egg Beaters
    3 cup cooked whole wheat pasta
    1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
    3/4 cup Kraft Low-Moisture, Part-Skim Shredded Mozzarella
    1/4 cup onion(s)
    2 clove garlic clove(s)
    1/4 cup parsley

    Recipe



    Brown meat in greased nonstick skillet with onion & garlic. Drain excess grease; Add spaghetti sauce and heat through.

    Combine ricotta, eggbeaters and parsley; Mix to combine.

    Combine meat mixture w/ cooked noodles.

    Layer in an 8x8 greased pan -Alternate meat/noodle mixture with ricotta/egg mixture.

    Sprinkle with cheeses. Bake at 375* for 35-40 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
