    LAYERED ENCHILADA BAKE

    List of Ingredients

    1 cup fat-free canned refried beans
    4 oz chopped green chilies
    1 small tomato(es)
    4 small corn tortilla(s)
    1 1/4 cup Herdez Salsa verde
    1 1/2 cup Kraft 2% Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

    Recipe

    Heat oven to 350 degrees.

    Spray pie plate or baking dish with Pam.

    Mix beans, chilies, and tomato (I add some green tabasco, cumin, and garlic powder to the bean mixture for some added flavor).

    Place 1 tortilla in pie plate.

    Layer with one-fourth each of the bean mixture, green salsa and cheese.

    Repeat 3 times.

    Cover loosely and bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is melted and beans are heated through.

    Serve with sour cream if desired.

    **According to the nutritional info on this recipe, it is only 3 points per serving, but for some reason, it's not coming out right here. 190 caloris, 4 g. fat, 6 g. fiber....I still
